Cookie Policy (Privacy Policy) adopted in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data<\/p>\r\n

  2. The Company respects your privacy and protects the personal data you provide to us and that we collect, as set out in this Privacy Policy. This privacy policy explains why we collect your personal data and how we use it.<\/li>\r\n

  4. We apply the security and processing requirements set out in the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and the EU General Data Protection Regulation. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of all data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, and against all other forms of unlawful processing.<\/li>\r\n

  6. The Company uses cookies on the advertsup.eu website, which are data analysis management tools (cookies), to distinguish individuals from other users of the website.<\/li>\r\n

Cookies may be placed on the User's computer\/device.\u00a0The Company uses the recorded information to identify the User as a previous visitor to the website, for the purpose of information about the visit, for the purpose of saving information, and for the purpose of collecting statistics on the traffic of the Socialusmarketingas.lt electronic website.\u00a0The User has the possibility to view what information (Cookies) the Company records and can delete some or all of the recorded Cookies. By accepting the Privacy Policy, the User agrees to the recording of Cookies on his\/her computer (device) as provided for in this Privacy Policy. The User may revoke this consent at any time by changing the settings of his\/her Internet browser, but in such case certain functions of the Socialusmarketingas.lt website may not work for him\/her. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but the User can easily modify the browser not to accept cookies if the User wishes. If cookies are blocked, some or all parts of the Company's website may not work or may not work properly for the User for technical reasons.<\/li>\r\n

  10. Cookies are small amounts of data that a website places on a user's computer. Web pages have no memory. If a User browses different web pages, the User will not be recognised as the same User. Cookies allow a web page to recognise the User's browser. The main purpose of cookies is to remember the User's preferences, such as the preferred language of a web page. Cookies also help to recognise the User when they return to the same web page. They help to personalise the web page. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or transfer viruses to your computer. Cookies are addressed only to the User and can only be read by the web server of the domain that sent the cookie to the User. One of the main purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience function to save the User's time (e.g. if the User is using a website for personal use or browsing a web page, the cookie will help the website remember specific information when the User visits later). This makes it easier to present relevant content, navigate the website, etc. When returning to the website, the User can find the information he\/she has previously provided and can therefore use the already customised features of the website more easily.<\/li>\r\n
  11. There are different types of cookies and different ways of using them. Cookies can be categorised according to their purpose, their longevity and their location on the website, as defined in paragraph 3 of these Terms. The processing of data by means of cookies does not enable the user to be identified directly or indirectly.<\/li>\r\n
  12. When the User accesses the Company's website, a message informing about the use of Cookies is automatically activated. The User can accept the use of Cookies and continue browsing the website. If the Customer does not agree to the use of Cookies, he\/she has the right to deactivate the Company's website (deactivate) and no data will be collected. In the event that the User does not indicate his\/her consent and continues browsing passively (without consent), the website shall collect the User's data and shall treat the User's consent to the use of Cookies as an affirmative act (Art. 6. 173 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania).<\/li>\r\n
